研究領域の内容とテーマContents and themes of the Graduate School優れた実践力を持ち実践の場に軸足を置く教育者（クリニカル・ナースエデュケーター：CNE）と、優れた研究力を持ち教育の場に軸足を置く大学教員を未来の看護系大学教員として育成しています。ゼミでは、さまざまな文献を読み、経験を話し合い、変容的学習を体験します。また、看護専門職としての資質や能力をいかに育むかを探究し、その成果を学部教育や現任教育に活用しています。研究テーマは、ファカルティ・ディベロップメントや継続教育、看護師や看護学生の自己調整学習など多岐にわたります。We foster clinical nurse educators (CNE) with superior practical skills and future nursing school faculty with excellent research capabilities. During seminars we read a wide variety of material from the published literature, discuss members’ own experience, and provide opportunities in the real-life process of transformative learning. We also explore ways to improve our qualities and abilities as nursing professionals and apply that knowledge to undergraduate and continuing education. Themes we research include faculty development, continuing education and self-regulated learning of nurses and nursing students, among others.看護教育学Nursing Education小山田 恭子 教授OYAMADA KyokoProfessor基礎看護・看護技術学は、年代や健康課題に限らず、さまざまな看護現象をテーマに研究をしています。看護に共通した効果をデータによって示し、看護学の概念を豊かに醸成することを目指しています。人々の健康を守り高め、看護の何たるかを言語化し、看護技術を開発、普及するために、医療・保健現場での質的研究や観察研究および介入研究を行っています。In Principles of Nursing Science/Biobehavioral Nursing, various nursing phenomena are researched. Common effects of nursing practice are expressed as data in an attempt to foster a rich concept of nursing science. With the aim of protecting and enhancing people’s health, we performed qualitative, observational and interventional research on-site at health and welfare that are used to develop and transmit practical nursing skills and express the essence of nursing in words.縄 秀志 教授NAWA HideshiProfessor基礎看護・看護技術学Principles of Nursing Science/Biobehavioral Nursing看護実践の発展のためには、看護を概念化・理論化することが不可欠です。看護理論はそうした営為の形です。看護理論を構築するには研究が必要です。理論を用いて実践するには科学的方法論が重要です。日本ではあまり馴染みがないですが、アメリカの大学院教育ではこうした理論や研究方法を学ぶコースワークがカリキュラムに組み込まれており、当領域はそれを模した教育の責任を担っています。具体的には、特に高度実践看護（ナースプラクティショナーなど）の諸外国との比較を通した、日本における高度実践看護の概念化に取り組みます。It is essential to conceptualize and theorize nursing for the development of nursing practice. Nursing theory is a form of that. Research is necessary to construct nursing theory. Scientific methodology is important to conduct research and practice using these theories. While not so common in Japan, the coursework where students study theories and research methods is built into the graduate programs in the U.S. We are responsible for such coursework.
