Consultation services for academic writing in Japanese became available in 2019. 医学英語を専門にする教員が、個別相談またはグループでの相談にあたります。相談内容は、英語での授業のレポートやプレゼンテーションの原稿、留学、進学、就職に関する書類の書き方や、学位論文執筆のほか、学会や研究会での発表や学術論文の投稿に際し、専門的なチュートリアルが受けられます。2019年度より日本語の文章を対象とした相談を開始しました。manabaThe portfolio system manaba is a system that allows students to gather all their results. With the ability to download lecture materials, submit reports, respond to mini tests and questionnaires, and exchange opinions via forums, students can use their previous tasks to look back on their studies. ポートフォリオシステムmanabaは、学生の学修成果を蓄積できるシステムです。講義資料のダウンロード、レポートの提出、ミニテスト・アンケートの回答、掲示板での意見交換等を行うことができ、学生はそれらの履歴から、自分の学習を振り返ることができます。健康管理室 Health Management OfceA full-time public health nurse is available in the Health Management Ofce on the campus to provide regular health checkups, perform emergency procedures, consult students on physical and psychological issues and to provide referrals to medical institutions as necessary. At the graduate school level, the faculty teaching a student’s major serves as the primary advisor, while the student can choose the secondary advisor from among the different deans. The appointed advisors conrm the appropriateness of students’ curricular choices and academic progress, daily living situation and career aims, give direct advice and guidance as necessary, and contact the concerned departments or committees to make adjustments.
