CURRICULUM POLICY教育課程編成・実施方針（カリキュラムポリシー）1. カリキュラムは、専門科目を学び深めるために必要となる看護学の基礎的理論や研究技法、ならびに関連諸科学の理論や技法を学ぶ基盤分野と、専門分野から構成する。2. 修士課程においては、教育・研究者を育成するコースと、高度実践家を育成するコースを設け、それぞれの目的に応じた科目を配置し、指導教員のもとで修士論文の作成または課題研究と高度な実践能力の育成を行う。3. 博士課程では、研究者コースでは研究者・教育者を育成するために、基盤分野、専門分野を学んだ上で、博士論文を作成する。DNPコースでは、高度な看護実践と変革を起こすためのアプローチを基盤とし、倫理的、生命学的、心理社会的、組織的、情報科学的な知識と看護学の知識を統合する能力の育成を行う。4. 学位論文、課題研究のプロセスと成果、上級実践者や研究者としての姿勢や態度を総合的に評価する。（聖路加国際大学 教育に係る方針等に関する規程 第4条別表3）1. The curriculum shall consist of basic and specialized elds where students learn fundamental nursing theories and research methodologies and theories and research techniques of related sciences necessary to deepen their understanding of specialized subjects.2. The master’s course shall consist of two courses: one to nurture educators and researchers, and the other to nurture advanced practitioners. Courses are arranged according to the purpose of each course, and students are required to write a master's thesis or conduct research on an issue and develop advanced practical skills under the guidance of a faculty supervisor. 3. In the doctoral program, the researcher course is designed to develop researchers and educators, who will study basic and specialized elds and write a doctoral dissertation. The DNP course is designed to develop the ability to integrate ethical, biological, psychosocial, organizational, and informational knowledge with nursing knowledge, based on advanced nursing practices and approaches to change. 4. The dissertation, the process and results of the project research, and the attitude and demeanor of the student as an advanced practitioner or researcher will be comprehensively evaluated.（Article 4, Table 3, St. Luke’s International University Educational Policy Rules）ADMISSIONS POLICY学生の受け入れ方針（アドミッションポリシー）看護学の視点から、その領域においてリーダーシップを発揮する人材を育成するために以下のような人材を受け入れる。受け入れに当たっては、国籍・宗教・障がい等を問わず、最大限妥当かつ公平な方法によって選抜する。1. グローバルな視点で研究と高度実践を行うために必要な語学力、実践と概念を結びつけるための抽象的思考能力の基礎を備えている者2. 自分の考えを表現し、他者からのフィードバックを柔軟に受け入れて統合する力を備えている者3. 関心ある現象に迫るために、専門知識と実践力を生かして自ら行動し変化を起こす意欲を備えている者In order to develop human resources who can demonstrate leadership in the eld of nursing from the perspective of nursing science, the following applicants will be accepted. In accepting applicants, we will use the most appropriate and fair screening methods regardless of nationality, religion, disability, etc.1. Those who have the language skills necessary to conduct research and advanced practice from a global perspective, and a foundation in abstract thinking skills to link practice and concepts2. Those who have the ability to express their own ideas and to exibly accept and integrate feedback from others3.
