The Open Campus was held online on Sunday October 18. 

Part 1: Omnibus Talk Public Health in the post-COVID-19 world, featured a recorded conversation between Dr. Peter Piot, director and professor of the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine, and Dr. Hiroyoshi Endo, dean of our school, on the topic The age of pandemics: how to prepare and how to respond.

After this, associate professor Kazunari Onishi of the department of Environmental Health and associate professor Satomi Sato of the department of Health and Behavioral Sciences talked about Environmental Health x Behavioral Sciences, Observations on a post-COVID-19 society.

Part 2: Introduction to the Graduate School of Public Health included an overview of the MPH and Doctoral Programs and the curriculum, as well as presentations by graduates of the MPH program on school life, extracurricular activities, and career after graduation. We also presented video messages from MPH students and alumni of each course (1-year, 2-year, and 3-year course)about research topics and time management, and two doctoral students talked about their doctoral dissertation topics. In the final Q&A session, some of our faculty answered the most frequently asked questions.
