St. Luke’s International University, Tokyo, Japan, is inviting applications for the following fulltime position at its Graduate School of Public Health.

  4. Subject in charge:

    A lead instructor of the following courses: Public Health Nutrition, Maternal and Child Health, and Capstone Project at Master of Public Health Program

  5. Qualifications of applicants:

    Person with knowledge and ability in education, research, or professional experience in their academic field, corresponding to one of the following items.
    The applicant must also be able to lecture and provide supervision in this field through English language medium.
    i. Holding a doctoral degree
    ii. At least 5 years’ working experience in this field
    iii. Excellent professional experience and a history of supervisory positions
    iv. Experience/abilities exceeding those under the above-mentioned items i) - iii)

  7. Documents to be submitted

    1. Curriculum vitae (A4 size, free format): A photo of your face should be attached.
    Essential items are: Name, sex, date of birth, postal address, telephone number, e-mail address, academic background, degrees conferred and names of the conferring universities, licenses/qualifications obtained and their official numbers/names of conferring bodies, employment history, activities in academic societies/other social bodies, special rewards/criminal record.
    2. List of achievements (A4 size, free format): Indicate the original articles and peer-reviewed papers using any mark.
    3. Statement of aspirations for education and research at this university (A4 size, one page, free format): it should be written in English.
    4. One of your main publications in your academic major in PDF format (A4 size)
    5. List of teaching (educational) record (A4 size, free format): Year, university, subject you were in charge of, and other necessary items should be included.
    6. List of research achievements (A4 size, free format): Year, research/project title, name of grant, amount of grant, and other necessary items should be included.
    7. Copies of qualifications/licenses in PDF format (A4 size)
    8. Personal reference (free format): Provide contact information (name, organization, contact address, and email address) of one person whom the university can contact for reference.

    - After the document screening, applicants will be notified of the results by e-mail first, and hard-copy documents will be sent thereafter by ordinary mail.
