Overseas Partner Universities
In order to develop human resources who can make international contributions through the common language of "nursing," we provide a variety of opportunities for students to broaden their horizons to the world.
As part of this effort, we have formed academic exchange agreements with 17 universities and other institutions in 11 countries to promote academic exchange for both students and faculty.
Asia: We host undergraduate students from Korea's Yonsei University, Thailand's Mahidol University, and Taiwan's Kaohsiung Medical University for a two-week short-term training program every year. In the summer of 2017, we started a short-term program at Samratulangi University in Indonesia.
North America: We send students to the University of Illinois at Chicago's School of Nursing for a four-week program. We also send undergraduate transfer students to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and have been doing so since 2018.
Africa: Graduate students participate in a weeklong internship program at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences in Tanzania.
