The entrance examination for admission to the College of Nursing at St. Luke's International University is conducted in Japanese only. In addition, all classes and procedures are also only conducted in Japanese. Exceptions are not made for international students.
Therefore, applicants are recommended to have Japanese language proficiency equivalent to at least N1 of the Japanese Language Proficiency Test (JLPT). The National Nursing Licensure Examination of Japan, which students are eligible to take upon graduation from the College of Nursing, is also administered in Japanese. Please keep this in mind when considering enrollment.
