The entrance ceremony for the year of 2019 was held on April 2nd, when the cherry trees were in full bloom. St. Luke’s International University Graduate School of Public Health welcomed 32 new students to our MPH course and 1 new student to our DrPH course.

In the ceremony, Dr. Christopher L Ringwalt, grandson of the university founder Dr. Rudolf B Teusler, delivered a congratulatory speech. He opened the school mission and sent hearty encouragement to new students to be there for people in difficult circumstances.
