Junior Associate Professor Katharina da Silva Lopes published an article entitled “Polymorphisms Contributing to Calcium Status: A Systematic Review” in the journal Nutrients. The review was commissioned to inform the work of updating the joint Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO) and World Health Organization (WHO) calcium requirements in children 0–36 months of age.

Junior Associate Professor Kazunari Onishi gave an online lecture at the 14th Environmental Education Symposium hosted by the Chemical Society of japan on August 17.
