Kazuki Yashiki, current student in MPH program Report on the “Ask to a Dermatologist! Children's Skin Care” Lecture (Setagaya-ku, Tokyo)
On September 27, 2024, a lecture on skin diseases was given from Dr. Kazuki Yashiki to mothers raising infants at Laplace, Setagaya Ward Gender Equality Center in Tokyo, under the supervision of Junior Associate Professor Emilie Takahashi, with the cooperation of NPO Junguri Project. The lecture covered a wide range of topics, including insect bites, sunburn, heat rash, and skin problems such as chilblains, appropriate dosage of topical medications, moisturizers, steroids, and vaccines. He also prepared a booklet on skin diseases as a souvenir, which was much appreciated by the mothers who came to the event.
