MOU signing ceremony with UNAIDS

Tokyo, Japan, 30 November 2018 - The Joint United Nations Programme on HIV/AIDS (UNAIDS) and the St. Luke’s International University, strengthen their collaboration by signing a memorandum of understanding to combine efforts towards ending the AIDS epidemic in Asia, the Pacific and in Japan. The agreement will call for both organizations to jointly promote the AIDS response in Asia and the Pacific region and epidemiological and public health research regarding HIV and AIDS in Asia and the Pacific and Japan.

Based on our Memorandum of Agreement, St. Luke’s International University will consider its own contribution to the eventual eradication of AIDS in Japan and the Asia-Pacific region, as the Graduate School of Public Health mainly takes the lead to cooperate with UNAIDS activities.
