各位
7月24日（土）～9月4日（土）の施設利用について、以下に定める利用条件を順守ください。（新型コロナウイルス感染者の増加傾向に応じて、利用時間・範囲を制限する場合があります）
※大学本館および２号館は、8/3（火）～8/9（月）の期間、閉館します
【利用条件】
- １階入口に設置されている受付簿への記入（入館・退出時）
※授業出席のため教室のみ利用する場合は、受付簿の記入は不要です。自己学習等の目的で、講義教室以外の施設を利用する場合は、必ず受付簿に記入ください（新型コロナウイルス感染者の館内利用が判明した場合の追跡調査に必要です）。 - 館内でマスクを常時着用する
- 館内で社会的距離を保つ
- 体調不良者（発熱（37.0℃以上）、呼吸器症状、風邪症状）の利用は認めない

大学施設内にて、新型コロナウイルス感染者の発生が確認された場合には、施設利用を停止します。
当該感染症は、発症前も含めて、発症前後の時期に最も感染力が高いとの報告がされています。
他者への感染を避けるため、濃厚接触に該当する行動を慎むことを常に心がけてください。

Please follow the below conditions when using this university’s facilities from Saturday, July 24th to Saturday, September 4th (Usage hours and scope may be restricted in response to increases in novel coronavirus patients.)
※University Main & 2nd Buildings closed from August 3th to 9th
Conditions for Use
- １Fill in the check-in sheet located at the 1st floor entrance (when entering and leaving the building).
*You will not need to fill in the check-in sheet when coming to attend class. /b>However, when using classrooms for the purpose of self-study, please ensure that you sign in. (This will be required for contact tracing should someone infected with the novel coronavirus be determined to have used a facility in the university.) - Masks are to be worn at all times when inside
- Maintain social distance indoors
- Those feeling unwell (fever (37.0℃ or higher), respiratory symptoms, or cold symptoms) will not be allowed

Should it be discovered that someone has become infected with the novel coronavirus on campus after restarting facility use, university facilities will be closed. Reports have shown that this virus is most contagious during the period before and after the appearance of symptoms. We ask that you stay aware and refrain from all actions applicable as close contact to avoid infecting others.
